Is my city supported?

We currently cover Seattle, Bellevue, Kirkland, Redmond, Mercer Island, Issaquah, Shoreline, Sammamish, Renton, Kent, Federal Way, Burien, Des Moines, and Auburn. We're adding more as we verify each jurisdiction's adopted code — email us to request one.

How accurate are the reports?

Civexa is a planning-level screening tool. Reports are accurate to the published code and live parcel data, but they are estimates — not appraisals, surveys, or official determinations. Always verify with the city and your design team before relying on them.

Can I get a report for a property I don't own?

Yes. Civexa works from public parcel and zoning data, so you can screen any lot in a supported city.
